Earmuff Hat Breeze Mesh Newcastle Hats
This West Australian-Made Earmuff Hat is hand-made by Newcastle Hats and is purpose-built to take on earmuffs, wired headsets and headphones. It fits just like a traditional styled outdoor hat, but now you can wear your favourite headset thanks to the earmuff flaps that are incorporated into the brim.
This is the breeze/mesh version of the earmuff hat, it's made from UPF 50+ double-sided cotton drill on the brim and the top of the hat which is bonded onto a soft and durable foam. The gusset (the part that wraps around your head) is made from an open mesh material which is similar to shade cloth. This material is not UPF rated. There is a terry-towelling brow guard fitted to help protect your forehead from sweat. This hat is hand washable.
This hat is fitted with a 9cm brim as standard. This is an industry-standard brim size and offers plenty of sun protection. It’s a super versatile hat and is one of our best sellers.
